My first real journal

I really can't wait to get my PaintShop Pro Program back. I have been without it for like months now. But im going to my moms house tomorrow so I can get it. Im so excited. then I can fix up these pictures. What should I do to make them not look like they just came off the camera...should i add borders? really need some advice.
